Default Help- my mp4player seems to be empty (but it isn't)!

I bought my mp4 yesterday - I've put some mp3 files, amv videos, and photos. Everything was fine but suddenly, it stopped seeing the photos and video files (but it did before). It says:"No files" (but it seees all the mp3 files, and plays them without problem). When I connected it to computer, the window was empty - no folders (earlier I had mp3, amv, voice, music, photo etc folders - now they're gone). It's just like there is nothing in it. But the mp3 files are still there, and the amount of taken space is as it was with everything. What happened?

zzyzzyxx , i'll suggest a format on your player. As there might be some memory corruption or even memory hack that is causing all these problems.
The guide is Here.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
