Default XP doesn't recognise and no software installation


Hi friends, I have a sony mp4 player but I dont have any software to installation and my windows xp not reconize it. I dont now the model of my player. I just have a picture and I need your help. Thanks a lot.

Papito, You should not have to install any software in Windows XP the player should be detected and the drivers loaded automatically. Try a different usb port or if you have access to another PC see if the same problem exists.
It is also not unusual for the USB cord to be faulty on these players.
