Cannot select individual Album on MP3/MP4 Player
 

I have a problem with my MP3/MP4 player. It all seems to work OK apart that when I go into the root to select an individual album, as soon as I use the scroll buttons it bangs me out back into the playing screen. I have used S1FWX to try and find out the Firmware version, but it comes up with an error message. As I have said the player works fine apart from being able to select the individual album. It is a 4GB Nano clone type player with the firmware LG MP3 Player qy693fv1 CM60012 2006/11/16 ACT_V9.0.48
Please can anyone help me, as I am sick of trawling through all the albums until I get to the right track!!!!!!! :(

taff2408 , i will suggest a format on your player first. The guide to it is Here.
As currently these players only supports a maximum of 2GB memory capacity. So likely your memory chip was hacked to look like 4GB.
