How Formatear MP4

Hi, is my again xD

My MP4 is that:

But, i need to "formatear" (clear of all) my MP4

Existing any soft, for doing that?

If you connect it, is it detected as an extra drive? If so, you can format it by rightclicking, and choosing "format". See first if it has specific folders for record or video etcetera, make them again after the format.

Stranyer, There are no tools to remove/format/delete the firmware from your player. I gathr from your post that you have tried to upgrade your firmware with the 9.0.48 version you downloaded. What version was your original firmware and what is happening with your player at the moment?
