Yusko, It sounds as if there may be a short happening somewhere in your player. You could open it and check the battery wires or other loose connections, I have also heard players restarting due to static discharges especially if you have them in your pocket.
You could set your player going and put it down somewhere and see if it still restarts without any contact or movement. If it does not then I would say a loose connection somewhere.
You could also check to see if your player has a hacked memory chip as this also causes player restarts. You can do that simply by connecting your player and running the MP3 Player Disk Tool if the capacity shown on the Format tab is the same as the capacity shown on the Partition Encrypt tab then your chip is ok. If they are different the chip may be hacked.

yusko te hablo en español porque a esta hora no puedo pensar en ingles (if are not really from spain let me know and I´ll translate it)

tadad1 This is a question for you or anyone who may be able to help me.
I´ve got a new player cause my older one was hacked, this new one seems to be ok, but once I plugged it to the pc the windows recognised it as an "USB device" and I can´t see the data on the player, also it seems that there´s a problem with the USB device controller (control panel, add hardware, and the ugly yellow and black icon)
what´s wrong?
I´ll try it on a different computer tomorrow
this kind of things really change my mood, I want to enjoy my player one and for all! but it seems to be coursed!

AS ONCE THE BEATLES SAID,

HELP! I NEED SOMEBODY!!

elChanga,
They can drive you crazy, has the player ever connected properly?
What is the firmware version?
Have you got SP2 and all updates on Windows XP?
Try a different USB port preferably not a hub.
Try another usb cable.
As you suggested try another PC.

elChanga,

My best suggestion is to try another computer as well as a different USB cable incase it's that, that's causing the problem.

Let us know what the result is.

Good luck.
