[solved] plays mp3s for 10 seconds, can't edit dump.bin
bought a 1 gig mp3/mp4 player Images Here !.
no sound in left ear bud (sound worked for two days) plays mp3s for 10 seconds exactly can't edit dump.bin (s1res.exe does not recognize it) this was inside . TruXter , for the 10 sec playback problem, set the Repeat Mode to Normal, rather than Intro.
For the sound problem, it is likely a broken solder for the contact point. Try another pair of earphones to confirm this. If it still occurs, then you will need to open up the player and resolder the 5 contact points that holds the audio socket to the board. As for editting in S1res, your firmware is a version 9.0.48, which currently the S1res does not support. We are still waiting for future releases to be able to support it. A note of advice, don't try flashing another firmware into your player. It would be almost impossible to recover your player if it ends up dead. |
