telephone book
 

i looked on my cd that came with mp4... no text editor or program for the telephone directory... so how or what program is used to enter the phone book info?i have looked all over net and looked in the chinglish manual.. its not english that i can understand... so can anyone please offer any assistance

load this file into your telebook editor http://www.brucedunton.com/stuff/TelBook.rar add you numbers and save, pit into you players root and on my mp4 i go to telebook and press mode and mode againt to import telebook file

i tried Tadad1 editor with my mp4 and it did not work with my mp4 import, so here is my telebook editor http://www.brucedunton.com/stuff/telbooksoft.rar

thank you both.. the first one didnt work for me either.. thank you both for helping me.. it works fin now.. i appreciate this site and the good members here.. as soon as i learn how to help here i will help others .. in the mean time i will watch and learn

My player (fake Nano) came with the same tel book 2 program and it didn't work either. Pretty bad when they can't even ship it with the right software :roll: Broose's program worked for me too :D
That phone book is a joke. I just wanted to see if I could get it to work. Seems a lot easier to just make a phonebook.txt file and open it with the ebook reader. It would be a lot faster to update.
