restarting and turn off, MP401

Problem is when player shutdown, he can`t turn on . He can work only when is attached on computer or charger. I change him theme several times. I try back him to original firmaware, but this stil stay problem.

Can you open it up and measure the voltage of the battery, it may be dead, or having a loose wire? Is your on/off switch, set to on?

i can`t open it because, player is stil in warranty, switch is always set to on.

android , it seems to me like a dead battery.
Since it is under warranty, go get it exchanged.

I would agree with lattesurf.

If it's under warranty, make the most of it and get it sorted under warranty. It will save you the time and effort.
