i platinum not charge
 

I have acquired mp4 a I-platinum from 1g, I have tried to recharge it but I see that the symbol of recharges works but it is not loaded. I ask one solution thanks :cry:

how did you try to recharge it?

through the computer or the normal way?

mine played up like mad the first few days of charging! would display charging but didnt, then had to disconect whent he charge icon had got to the top on its gradual display then i could get 45 mins or so out of it! then by accident i found that if i charged on usb1 it was fine! so now i charge mine out the usb1 terminals out eh back of my keyboard rather than the usb2 ones ont he computer!

If it came with a wall charger as well as USB charger, I would say try both.

Also try various USB ports as well. More importantly, try to plug it directly to the USB on your computer rather than going through a USB hub.

Try those and let us know.
