Default More than half my music won't load

I have a 3.68 and half my music won't load onto it. I changed all the formats for ALL my songs to mp3 and they still won't load. Some of them have worked but the ones that don't, a message that says "Cannot copy... the directory or file cannot be created" shows up what does that mean? It's been pissing me off  . If anyone can help, I will appreciate it greatly.

what do you mean when you say you have 3.68?

are you loading your files into the mp3 player utilities?

you are supposed to directly copy and paste the files in the removable drive which gets created when you connect your player to the computer.

Lydianna, How much music are you trying to load and what is the capacity of your player?

If you have been ripped off with a hacked player by a seller submit a report to www.ic3.gov

Lydia

As per tadad's question, check how much disk space your player has and how much you are trying to copy. It might be that you are running out of room on your player. That's the simplest suggestion.

The second suggestion is to FORMAT your player (backup what you need to your computer through beforehand). It might be that you have errors with the internal memory. A format usual helps. Also, if you have a 'hacked' player, it might be hacked to show more memory than it physically has internally, therefore not allowing you to add more songs as it physically can't store it all. A format will help resolve this problem and will remove majority of the hacks.

and it was just a stupid mistake.
Thanks again,
You were all very helpful.
