I had this mp4 delivered today, but when i connect it using the usb it comes up with the message

One of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it. The instruction book is very hard to understand.

PLEASE HELP, i HAVE ONE VERY UPSET DAUGHTER!!

psmith0103, Windows can sometimes have problems if you are connecting to a USB port that has been used to connect a similar but different device before. Try connecting to a different USB port one you have not used before if possible. Also avoid using a USB hub if you can.
You could also try logging in on a different user account and then connect the player.
