Default Getting songs to my player??

I'm not sure if I'm stupid or just electronically disinclined... I am trying to figure out how to get songs from my pc to my kids' players. I have them copied to the player's drive, but I can't seem to find them on the player? Is there something else that I have to do or am I just not looking in the right place on this thing. The instructions that came with the players are to say the least complicated. I can't find anything in there on how to do this and the "complimentary instructions" are a joke. If there is anyone out there who can help me... PLEASE reply...
Thank you so much for any help that you can give to me.

Are you copying the files onto the players using Windows explorer and storing them directly in the root of the MP3 player's drive?

I finally figured out the song thing and now I can't get the dang videos on there. I followed the instructions, and of course they offer me nothing in regards to the format they have to be in... Does anyone have any information on that? Thanks for the quick responses to the other by the way.

gpenn75 , you'll need to convert your videos to .AMV format. There is a guide on this Here.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

Usually the players come with a sample video file. Can you see it on your player from Windows Explorer?

Try also downloading a sample video from our [Downloads] --> [Samples] section, put it on your player and see if it plays .
