rakashmiri , using the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool, go to the Partition & Encrypt tab, and slide the partition slider all the way to the left and click on Start. This should take care of the double drive.

Did the error occur after the new theme was flashed in?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

rakashmiri,

I have never seen that error message before.

This happens after you edit your .bin file and then try to reupload it back onto your player? Is that right?

I did notice that there are TWO "Removable Disk" though.... Are they both from your player?

The strange bit is that reading from your post, you said it worked the first time right. Did you do anything different from second flash then you did the first time you flashed it?

rakashmiri, You should only have to extract and repair a .bin file once, you could then mod it 100 times and it should still load.

If your player is still hacked then this could be the problem, you are better off to remove the hack. This will also remove the second drive which is possibly where the upgrade tool is trying to load the firmware to and failing.

rakashmiri, If you want to keep the player hacked thats up to you but I beleive it is the cause of your problems. The fact that 2 drives have appeared since you loaded your firmware suggests that there is already a problem with it and eventually your player will crash and possibly corrupt the firmware.

rakashmiri , why would you want to redo a memory hack after you have removed it? Your player simply only have a 2GB memory chip. You cannot force 4GB of data into a 2GB chip.
Simply saying, you cannot force 1 litre of water into a 500ml bottle. It's against physics.

If after removing the hack, and you are able to load everything properly, that means the hack as what tadad1 had mentioned, is causing you all the problems.
