Player reboots
 

please some one help me!!

my ipod 4Go have a problem, it reboots (off then on) when i play some music (.wma) and i tried to use an converter i converted it to mp3 and its the same thing :shock:

toufikkk, I cant really understand what your trying to say;

Are you saying it reboots when you play your mp3 file?

that means you have exceeded your memory.

do this to remove the memory hack on your player and find out the real capacity

hi, bought several from a company over the internet 4gb mp4 players. at first they were missing some stuff and latter found out that three of them didnt work at all. but the ones that did work the cd soft ware is no good. tried and tried to get ahold of the company but nothing! is there any one out there who can help me with a good copy of the soft ware??? i am willing to pay! they say that they are from china. thanks for any help charles. charlesmay22@yahoo.com i took apart one of the broken mp4 players and on the back metal plate on the inside said "SIGMA D" plus of course a whole bunch of chinese. maybe that helps i took them to a computer store and the tech. said the mp4's look good as far as he could see, it was the soft ware CD. so once again please help!?
