Default Extracting firmware problem


Hey. Im having problems using that tool to extract my firmware to back it up and also upload it.

Its plugged in, not in use, the screen shows the transfering thing on the screen but this is the problem.

This is my error message:

press continue then type in the letter of the drive of your mp4 player

Dean786, Go to the players settings menu and select firmware version, what info is displayed?

If you have been ripped off with a hacked player by a seller submit a report to www.ic3.gov

if that error isnt supposed to happen then you have 9.0.5.0 firmware

PleXo, THANKS! I pressed Continue and typed in F. It extracted successfully!!

WOO! I just modded my boot screen =]

I have Firmware 9.0.43 btw :P

Ill upload the original later to the forum.
