pls help me about memory upgrade

Service eng and i can change the chip ...
but i have one 128 M
can i macke it 2G or 1 G
i can soldering it easy
but i need chip ic part namber ?
can any one help ..
i just need 2 up my memory only.

piece of advice..you must change the chip of the same brand..some said that changing chip of diff brand like hynix to samsung is not working..though not proven true..but by experience
