Battery that not recharge
 

I have changed the battery of the player, but it does not recharge the same one.
what I must make?
Is a firmware problem?
The player is broken?
HELP HELP!

Did you buy a battery that recharges or a battery that runs and runs til dead?

Some questions for you:

1. Does your player actually work after you changed the battery?

2. What about the old battery? Did that work in your player at all?

3. Is the problem with charging or that your player doesn't actually turn on anymore? I just want to make sure where the problem is coming from.

Also, do you have the player turned on during charging?

1) yes, the player work fine.
2) I have change battery with one from another same player.
3) The player work in recharge mode, and in normal mode, but after little min. the battery discharge

I have recharg battery with the player turn off, and the player turn on, but don't recharg.

then most probably your battery is dead.

if your mp4 player uses a mobile type battery, try buying another one.

if it uses the wire lithium battery, follow the experiment by greylinghound - the link to which has been posted by lattesurf in your other post :)

the battery I have taken it from a working other player.
I don't found the post that you say.
I have the suspect that the plug + and - are inverted because the other player are different plug, is possible? the player work whith the plug inverted?

HI, I have this problem too

I have charged my battery for days!!!!!!!!! :roll: and I only get a about half an album out of it. Could it be the charger pack they sent me??I asume now it is frelled!! it is only an crap 180 mAh 3.7v. I kinda think I will update to a 330 or 400 if I can find one. Uxcell have them for sale in 330mAh version. I kinda wonder if I email them and ask for a battery for free would they be forthcoming??? :shock: :D :) :(

Could not be Frelled sending it back unless they want to refund the entire amount. $95 AU

i have recently found that chargiung via usb2 connections on the computer will only give me 45 mins - 1hour play time but if i charge the player through usb1 it charges fully and i get 8+ hours out of it!
only found this out by using mothers laptop to charge it when up on a visit!
