Hi

Can WaterLily program be used to extract mp4 players with 9.0.48 firmware?

albert , the Waterlily is only used for enabling/disabling functions, and can only upload to the player.

Currently there are no software which supports the 9.0.48 firmware extraction. We are still waiting for the program to the developed.

OK, so the 9.0.48 (and the 9.0.50) that are around, are these fake/bad?

I would really like to start messing with my iclone, but I want to make sure I have a backup of my 9.0.48 before I start.

Any advise would be appreciated! Thank you

There is nothing wrong with the 9.0.48 and 9.0.50 firmware, they are just new versions designed to run on newer chipsets. At the moment the tools for backing up and modding firmware are not able to be used on them. Eventually newer tools will become available but there is no telling how long this will take. It took about 6 months for them to be upgraded to 9.0.43.
