s1fwx won't run

Hi, What a great sight!!!
Having trouble loading more MP3's on to the player, I get a Cannot copy error when trying to move the files. I downloaded the s1fwx tool to backup my firmware but it will not run, windows asks for a program to run it on? Any help on either problem?

Have you done the format to see if you have a hacked memory on your player?
Easy to do and it will make sure your memory is correct. Find it here: Guide

Swater , what version of windows are using?
i'll suggest maybe you could try to run the program on a different computer.
