How can you create a TelBook?

use the TelBook 1.0 program

once you extract the files, open v1.0telbook.exe and start putting all the information.

once you save it, you will get a '.bin' file.

put this onto your player.

then go to the phonebook menu option.

press the mode/menu button. select import and choose yes.

Wait, If my MP4 doesn't have a telbook icon in the first place, would this create a new icon saying "TelBook" or something? Just aksing in case I mess it up

if your mp4 doesnt even have a telbook icon in the first place, then sorry it wont work as most probably your mp4 doesnt support it
