rockchip player problam
hello!
i bought few days ago, an MP4 from rockchip.
the problam is- my cumpoter can't get syncronizhed with it. when i plugged it on in the first time, my pc start to install it but then it says that there is a IFN missing file. but now when im pluggin the usb on, i can see the player but when i start to transfer some songs it colleps. so i can't get any songs or anything else in it.
what is the problam? i reely dont know what to do.. 
btw my version of the player is: 00.00.0000 which looks a bit wired, so can i do a firmware upgrade? if i do, to which ver should i do it?
