First charging.
Hello!
recently, i bought a RockCHip player' 2inch TFT screen. when i'm trying to transfer song, it change the screen (in the player) from a computer connected with a USB to a green battry,and than the transfer is closed. its pretty importent to say that i didn't charge it at all. do i need to charge it to preform the transfer of the song?(is it neccey to charge it for couple of hours?) need's some answers.. :wink: thenks, alon.! |
botzon, After it goes to the battery what happens if you press the menu button again? Also be sure tha player is switched on when you connect it.

/: do i have to charge the player before any trying to transfer songs? now, when i do try to transfer songs, it gives me an error and then i hear and sound like when im disconnecting the usb. :roll: btw, i did manage to transfer 2 files to the player but now i can't delete them. |
Have you checked the player for a Memory Hack?
It might be messed up firmware. |
Protection
hello, you must charge your player for use, because the player has a internal circuit to avoid the use of player if battery is very low (the battery can explode or get unusable) then you must first charge the battery and then try to transfer files.
Never Charge the battery using the wall charger for more of 4 Hours o 2 Hours using the computer UBS. Regards From Colombia |
