Entering RADIO FM mode, I get "CRITICAL ERROR"
 

Few days ago i bought MP4 PLAYER (E70 1gb Firmware 9.0.48 ).
Unfortunately when i want to enter RADIO FM mode, I can see "CRITICAL ERROR" . Of course i am sure that i have tried to enter Radio FM with speakers connected. What do u think, what can i do ?? What about installing the same version of firmware ?? Wont it kill my MP4 ?

magnus7, Best not to play with 9.0.48 firmware you could kill your player.
Has the radio ever worked or has it always given the error message?
"Critical Error" messages are usually related to hardware faults so your FM module may be damaged or have a poor connection. The chip may not have even been added to the board.
You could also try a Fat format.

but the hardware is brand new.. in the perfect condition

I would suggest you contact the seller and let him/her know of the problem.

It might be that the player never had a radio transmitter chip installed on the player originally. The seller will be able to tell you anyway.
