WHY CAN'T THE PROGRAM RECOGNIZE MY MP4 PLAYER?

i haven't upgraded my mp4 s1 mp3 player. i tried to press the upgrade tool for my mp4 player but it keep saying "no devices found"

mp4 user, The tools only work with Action chipset players. Your player may be using a SigmaTel, Sunplus or Rockchip main processor.
