Default orange points of my mp4 play screen

Hello,
I have a nano clone (black, 2g, 1.5 ")
For 2 weeks I have now always orange Points on my screen.
How do I get that away?

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
