vox d913 - can't backup firmware and video question

I just bought a vox d913 mp4 2bg 1.8" and i have problem with it.

On the player it say that he can play mpg1, mpg2, asf and wmv but it can't.

Firts i can't backup my firmware.

Second my firmware version is something like this:
Digital Player
LX27007 a
2006/09/27
ACT v9.0.42

I don't no what to do? One more thing on the MP3 Player Upgrade Tool
he see him s1 mp3 player wilson lo ltd 9.0.42.

Please can somebody tell me how to upgride my new MP4..
And i'm sory for my bad english...

Your firmware (or firewall as you call it) should not be upgraded. Doing that will often make player not work.

To play a video you must convert it to AMV.
Use http://www.mympxplayer.org/amv-conve...-mb-df327.html to convert.

First at all you must install MP3 Utilities what come in Mini CD then use the video converter to make .amv files and then copy these files to player, the player only can play amv files, the panflets refer to avi, mpg, etc but you MUST convert the file first
