Getting Cannot Create File or Folder when drag and dropping.

I have a 4 gig MP4 with a firmware version of act2097_s72_1 and I don't understand why it wouldn't let me put music on there after I used the delete all feature in the music folder and now I can't even put music on there.

Please help if anyone has encountered this.

It is likely that your player might have hacked memory. And your real memory chip can be anything from 128Mb to 2GB.
