Why can't my s1res tool open my extracted BIN file?
 

I've successfully extracted the firmware [version 9.0.48] of my player but when I try to open it with my s1res tool so that I could edit/modify something on the firmware there's always an error... >,<

I've tried all the s1fwx tool/s1res tool I found here but it seems to be the same...

Exact ERROR Message:
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Why is that? I just tried to open the dump.bin file extracted by the s1fwx. Why is it an incorrect format?

Anyone please HELP?!! T.T

.::Lain::., The firmware you have extracted is incomplete. Currently s1fwx is not able to extract working firmware above 9.0.43. You will have to wait until updated versions of the tools are released.

Really? Shoot... Do you have any idea when will the updated version of the tools be released?

I'm so wanting to modify my firmware.. >,<
