Small Questions

Hello...

Here is my little nano clone:

Code:

1) I've formatted the player with the "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool". Now it still says that i have 1946MB, then i can be sure that's a 2GB player?

2) I've extracted the firmware with the s1fwx utility. I can't repair it because my rom is not supported yet (9.0.48). The dump file may be useful if my MP4 dies in order to repair the firmware?

3) Where should i store the JPG images in order to see them on the player? It finds the AMV files in VIDEO folder.

4) Thanks! :-)

1. since yours is a wilson co ltd one like mine and not a sigmatel one, i suggest you to format it once using the mp3 disk tools as well.

2. no the unrepaired dump file will not help you to recover your player if it dies.

3. amv, mp3, jpg files can be stored anywhere, may it be the root folder or any folder created by you. there is no hard and fast rule that you have to store a particular file, only in a particular folder.
