Record option doesn't work on TJD_1301_02 player

ı have an TJD_1301_02 mp4 model my record option doesn't work and amv videos doesn'T be shown proparly.. What shoul I do? Should I upgrade it. And where can I find firmware for it please help me...

i recommend you not to upgrade your firmware as it might kill your player.

instead just dump it, repair it and reflash it back to your player.

Has the Record function ever worked on your player before?

Also, when you say your .amv videos doesn't display properly, can you describe what is not displaying properly?

Is your player very new and could it be under warranty?
