Forensic , perhaps the new battery's capacity isin't very good either. Try a few more full charge and discharge cycles and see how long the battery lasts.

Ok, I will try charging again. I paid around $29 for this battery so I am hoping it is ok and I dont really want to have to purchase another one.

Forensic , the batteries on ebay do not seem to be the best quality. So if you are really after a good quality battery, and you have some spare cash, try your local hobby store.

They should stock a wide variety of lipo cells, but prices aren't goin to be cheap either.
