Hello,

i have bought a fake 4gb Mp4 from Ebritain, it's a 1GB and there is a virus on it, somebody can help me or explain me how to remove it from the player?

Virgitom, Just give the player a format. Beware as ebritian is known to sell hacked players so you may find your players memory is not as big as advertised.

Is the virus causing any problems on your computer? How do you know there is a virus? If an antivirus has detected it, what is it called?

Chances are it is not a virus. The hacked players act like they have a virus. Once formatted to the correct memory size, they work properly.
