Default My player won't connected to another computer

Friends, I have serious problem , I hope anyone solve it
I have 1 Gb Mp4 player, it work on my computer properly in windows Me and Windows Xp 2002

BUT, when it is connected to another computer with windows xp 2003 it is introduced as USB only and its size 0 byte, the harddisk is unknown file system I can not format it from these computers on transfer to it any file
Furthermore, the battery indicator stop its signals
But at these computers also , the signals of battery work until the windows load the signals stopped?

What is the solution? and How player work in my computer and the others not

What can I do?

hamadh83, If it is connecting to your computers ok then the problem must be with the other PC. Does it have SP2 installed and all the latest updates?
It could also be a motherboard problem.
Avoid using a USB hub as the voltage may be shared with other hardware.

My player has been repaired , Before that , It works on the other computers normal but after it is repaired not work

Install the drivers (even if your OS is Windows XP or try re-installing the OS of your computer)... well that's all that I could think of! You can try it and I really hope this helps... >,<

If still this doesn't work well you can always use the other computer where the mp3 is working! ^_^

Or try re-installing the motherboard's CD (mainboard software) if it's available

NOTE: Yep! Directly connect it to your computer and don't use USB hub...

it is recognized by xp 2002 and Me , the latest version of xp can not, So, Do u think it need new firmware ? and How can I install it in my mp4?

hamadh83 , likely as tadad1 mentioned it seems to be the problem with the PC.

Do not update with another firmware, you will only most likely brick your player.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
