Problem with screen

When I include the player the screen begins is shone bright white by color and nothing is visible, but all works.
What to me to do?

pounder , did you flash in another firmware or did the player arrive this way?

to my girlfriend's player happen same, it come perfectly but she start to carrier inside his bra, 2 week later the screen become unreadable (the light come on but the picture so dark), taddad tell me use a firmware modifier and get the contrast to a high value (i did use 30) and voile!! works but after 1 or 2 hours of use the screen back unreadable, but if let "cold" the screen become readable again. :shock:

There can be a problem in that that the player is not charged?
Help to charge as me my player?
When I include charger a player begin to blink.

pounder , likely your firmware would be the v9.0.xx series. Which the firmware extraction software currently does not support fully.

I'll suggest you contact your seller for a replacement set.
