lisong mp3 player playback problems
 
hi guys i bought a mp3 player and i think its a lisong (not 100% sure as it hasnt any brand i bought it off ebay, is there a way of finding out). i used the memory hack as it was 4gb but now 2gb. dissapointed but not bothered much. the thing is that when i play mp3s the music sounds like its being played in a hall and has lots of echo. ive tried the equaliser but nothin wrks. also i put a mp4 file on and its not picking up even though it says on the back that its a mp3/mp4 player. my firmware is

piprumsey , your player is an Action-based chipset player with firmware v9.0.50.

Regarding the music, try another set of earphones, also try applying slight pressure all around to the plug when it is connected in the socket.
I have a feeling that there is some contact/soldering problem.

Also, it does not play .mp4 format files. To play videos, you'll need to convert them to .AMV format.
They just call this mp4 player probably to sell them better.
