did are my mp4 locked???
I hacking memory 2gb and nothing???

do you mean that your are not able to update your firmware or are you trying to upgrade it?

upgrading may kill your player

It might mean you don't have an ACTIONS chipped player. THe Player Upgrade Tool only works for Actions based players. These are the ones that play .AMV video files.

Check your player and tell us what video files it plays.
