player wont play media ie mp3

please help if you can i had a post yesterday resolved thanks to this forum due to a problem with my memory size which was resolved thanks again forum members.
my problem is now my player wont play mp3 tracks the player shows the file in the music player but refuses to leave the pause mode ,when you press play for a split second the player shows the play icon but then returns to the pause icon plaese help if you can

Have you tried different bitrates? Some report VBR won't play, but mine do. Try an ogg file too, if possible. Max bitrate is 320kb for these players.
