Anyway to view long file name?

My file name are usually long .
Ex : Thissongname - thisartistname - trackofsong.mp3
The reason was I have a big collection, I dont wanna just go and dig them up to rename 1,2,3 O_O ... I actually cant see what I am playing except a first ... 12 character on the screen or something .
Yeah, I just got the mp4 player in the mail today from Uxcell (took more than 2 weeks to come) . Anyway to change it to display or have a button to view the rest of the screen ? o_O .

VitaminM, Sorry I don't think it is possible to change the way it displays file names.
