Help with AMV conversion for the Non Intel Mac

I am trying with all my might to find a solution or software that will do Video to AMV conversion for Mac. I have only found solution for an intel mac.
Does anybody have a solution to this issue that will not force me to pull all my hair out.
I would like to see a few videos on my Full Metal Platinum 1.8.

I am running OSX.4.8 and have an eMac, if that helps.

Deckar, There are no AMV conversion tools for Mac. I have heard of members having had luck using the converters with Windows emulation on Mac, but with 4.8 this may not be an option.
