Default Whats the Real capacity of my mP4 player


i bought an mp4 player it sez that its 1gb....

but when i checked the system it only says 963mb... is this natural?

is it hacked???

why is it not exactly 1gb???

jargrapes, that is quite normal part of the memory is locked for the firmware. Some space is lost to the MBR and file system as well.
