AMV Convertor error. Failed to register Grabcom.ocx

When I try to install MP3 Player Utilities 4.03 from a provided CD I get the following error:-
C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utillities 4.03 Media Manager\Grabcom.ocx failed to register. HRESULT-2147220991.
This only occurs on my main PC which is a P4 running Win XP SP2. On two other PCs also running Win XP SP2 the program installs and works without problems.
Any suggestions how to overcome this problem?

Try this. Go into START menu, then RUN, then type:

regsvr32 C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utillities 4.03 Media Manager\Grabcom.ocx

Thanks for your suggestion. When I tried it I had the following error:-
Loadlibrary failed ,specfic module could not be found.
However,I tried a reinstallation of the Mp3 Utilites and this time it installed but when I tried to open the AMV Convertor, the hour glass appeared for a few seconds and nothing more. When it came to shutting down the End Program for AMV convertor showed. I clicked end now but windows would not shut down and I had to hold down the off switch to shut the PC down.
This repeated the next time I tried to open the AMV convertor.
A further time I tried to open AMV convertor and left it to work on another PC and after about 15 minutes woe and behold the AMV convertor had loaded and was working, but after closing the program again I was unable to shut down windows in the normal way.
Apart from re-formatting any ideas?
