Default [solved] Player don't Recognised


I have purchased a chinese mp4 on ebay,is a nice player,but in the ship to my country,the CD containing the drivers has broken :?

I use windows xp,but when I plug the player on usb port,the windows dont recognise the player :cry:

When I solve this problem?

And the windows says when I plug the player: "A usb dispositive conected on this computer have a bad functioning and the windows does not recognize him."

xjackx , try using another USB cable to connect the player. Also, try connecting your player to another computer.
See if these methods work.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
