Default Hi speed USB device is plugged into a low speed USB port

Hello everyone. My new Mp4 is really strange. Though it should be USB 2.0 compliant, seems to me it is not a true. When I connect it to the computer, ballon pops up saying, that a hi speed USB device is plugged into a low speed USB port. After clicking on the baloon,OS offers me connection to one of the hi speed USB port on my computer. When plug it into different port, the baloon pops up again, saying exactly the same.

I connected it to my second computer with the same result. I am 100% sure, that I have a hi speed USB ports-I use an external HDD and the file transfer to it is many times faster then to my MP4 player.
It seems to me,that my mp4 player only pretends having a hi speed port and that it somehow fools my OS.
I hope that I explained my problem clearly and that maybe someone can help me. Thanks

Default

most of the mp4 players have usb 1.0 i think and they say that its 2.0

so that is the problem i believe. yours is a usb 1.0 like many mp4 players.

to confirm this, first extracting and repairing your firmware.

then load it up in Waterlily and check what it says in the USB section. most probably it will be 1.0
