Frozen Mp4 Player

I was uploading music on an Mp4 player and the screen went black and when trying to turn it back on it froze in the middle of loading. We've tried to reset it but it really doesn't work and we can't find a phone nuimber or website for technical support.

These players are mostly not branded and made buy some chinese factories that only care if you buy the player.
maybe ur players memory was hacked. ur player might have like 256 megabytes. it might say 4 gigabytes. it's hard to get the files off. open ur player and look at the biggest black chip and see what letters it says on it.
