My player doesn't works right!
I've got an mp4 (although what it really plays are amv)4GB disguised as an iPod nano. It just don't plays music right. When it has more than 9 songs it freezes and restarts abruptly, and also, when I plug it to some computers, it's not being recognized.
My brother bought it, it came only with the earphones, the usb cable and the charger. He executed one file that was on the player, along with other four, and then they erased from the disk. Could you help me please? the firmware vesion is CM60009-501 ACT_v3.5.35 also, I've put long songs in it an also restarts when trying to play them. |
Hi, you probably have a player with hacked memory, holding much less than the advertised 4 GB. Format the player with the player utilities to see what it really is, and report back.

as Que said, most probably your player is hacked which is causing these problems. a format will make it work right.
