cody072891 , try running MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool (but do not update anything!) and running MP3 Utilities Disk Tools. Does both software detect your player?

Re: DISK ERROR message
cody072891,
"Disk Error" messages are generally a result of either hacked memory or corruption in the memory chip. Generally a FORMAT of your player will solve this problem. I suggest the easiest way is to format it through Windows, then if it's still a problem, use the "MP3 Disk Tool" from your installation of "MP3 Player Utilities". |
yes both detect my player so what do i do now?...i dont know how to format my player btw

hey cody072891 I own the exact same mp4 player as you and I am having the exact same problems with it. Were you able to solve your problem? Did that whole thread on how to reformat it and stuff really help you out??? Ive tried it but I get stuck on like the first step.
Its running on 9.0.50 firmwire. I tried using all versions of the mp3 disk tools and still hasnt had any progress. all versions are able to detect it when i go to Upgrade Tool but when i try to open it with Disk Tools it says that its unable to detect. Please can someone help me out.....I just got it today and its driving me crazy! I didnt pay just for a ipod lookalike radio player. Thanks.... |
