how to shuffle on the FMP

in the directions on the FMP it says you can select a setting called "random" which has your player randomly shuffle throughout all the songs saved on the player. how do you access this function? also how do i put on a video on the player, the file i am trying to put on is a "mpeg-4 movie"
thanx

While the music is playing, click on the Menu button. Then go to "repeat", then choose random play.

If you save all the songs on the root memory you can shuffle them all. If you put the songs in folders, there is a maximum limit of 99 songs in each folder.
