Mp4 not detected

I keep plugging my mp4 and itkeep charging it throught he pc butnot actually detect the removable memory storage... I can't put anything into it anymore... how canI make it detect? Now, it charges but the screen stays black, when it used to be light before...

zalude , beside charging the player, have you done anything else to the player before the problem happened?

Try using another USB cable, and also connecting the player via another USB socket not used before. Lastly, also try using another computer and see if the problems still occur.
