if i turn off holding play, him dont turn off! show the connect screen, but him dont connect to my pc, show ZZzzzZZz.
i can turn off only with the switch button,,,
what it is?
firmware problem?
my player is gona dead?

tiobilyy , are you trying to turn the player off whilst connected via USB?

If you want to turn it off using the Play button, you cannot connect the USB cable. As it would automatically connect the player to the computer with the "zzzzzz" screen.

no.. i try turn the playyer off holding PLAY..disconected.....

when i connect the player in the computer,, him dont show ZZZzzZZZz,,if i turn off holding play,,, him start again alone... and.... after 1-2 min. him is detected by the computer :S
is so strange...

if i turn on... in the playy or the switch button...
him start... show d hourglass... and show the ZZZzZZZZ..and dont turn ofF!

tiobilyy , under normal operating conditions, when you connect the player to the computer, the computer would detect the player whether the player is On or Off, but the switch must be slided to On position.

The player's drive would appear in My Computer, sometimes it might take awhile for the computer to detect the player. And while connected to the computer, you cannot turn off the player using the Play button.

Whether the player's screen display "zzzzz" or the arrow, it does not matter. As long as the drive appears in My Computer means it's connected.

Other than the above mentioned, if your player is acting in other ways, then there might be a hardware problem.
