now glacier wont come on unless head phones are pluged in. anybody know what to do about thei??

So your Glacier will only turn on if you have your earphones plugged in all the time? Or it sometimes comes on?

How long have you had your player and has this only started happening?

Are you testing this on the radio only, by any chance? I know the Glacier's radio will not work unless the headphones are plugged in.
That's by design.

I undertsand that the external speakes dont work when when ear plugs are not pluged in. And I assume thats because the earplug wires are generally the antenna for the radio. But what im say is that the player will turn completely off if i unplug the player to let others list. I really dont know why im trying to show it off. Its an embarrasement now that i own it. I talked it up b4 I got it.

Your solution is easy. Just don't show people the back of the player where the speaker is located. That way, they'll never know it has a non-working speaker. Demonstrate it thru the headphones and they'll never know the difference! Alternatively.... if you bought it under 30 days ago, I'd contact ux to let them know of the problem.
